Wheat Bran – Health From Grains

Extraordinary medicinal results were obtained by treatment with wheat bran from various serious diseases and obesity / digestive disorders to cancer and other incurable diseases. All this is possible because the B-complex vitamins, magnesium, dietary fiber and enzymes present in a concentration so strong that one kilogram of husk worth more than a handful of expensive drugs. Cold soak with water (bran)

Place 2-3 tablespoons of bran in a glass of water and left at room temperature for 8 to 10 hours, from morning till evening. A diet with soak bran can last two weeks or more, and can be extended up to two to three months without adverse effects.

Fine bran powder

It is produced by grinding bran with an electric coffee grinder, for half a minute, obtaining a powder that can be taken as such with water – one teaspoon before and after lunch – or added to foods (soups, broths, salads, raw vegetables, etc..). If you take two teaspoons of this bran powder at every meal, will be extremely useful for activating and ease digestion, but also in the diets. Treatment can be long term (6-12 months) without any adverse effects.

Indications of the diet with bran

Weight gain and obesity – One tablespoon or more of fine bran powder is taken before each meal. In the stomach, the fibers contained in wheat grain crust greatly increase their volume, “cutting” simply giving the feeling of hunger and satiety. In addition, they help in elimination processes and are important in the treatment of obesity.

Difficult digestion, indigestion – Wheat bran contains enzymes are an unbeatable activator of digestion, helping to takeover the food. Half a teaspoon of bran powder taken before and after meals “attack” the food falling hard and eliminate indigestion, bloating and some forms of colitis.

Constipation and colitis – Every morning drink a glass of soak bran, which is a laxative and bowel cleansing. In chronic cases, refractory to treatment, take another glass of soak at night before the last meal.

External applications with bran

Easily irritated skin – Water compresses with bran are applied on the affected areas (obtained by filtering the maceration described above) twice daily, morning and evening, for 10 minutes minimum.

Psoriasis – The bran paste resulted from maceration is wrapped in gauze and applied as a poultice on psoriasis wounds. It is an powerful remedy and the efficiency will increase if correlated with the regular treatment of blood cleanser.

Benign tumors (cysts, fibroids, etc..) – Bran mixed with water left to sit for 4 hours at room temperature, then wrap in a layer of gauze and applied to the skin in the affected area, where should sit for at least 3 hours.
