Natural Remedies For Constipation, Indigestion, Bloating and Heartburn

Whether you use chamomile as an infusion, tincture or powder, natural treatments with chamomile are effective and help you have an easy digestion. It is therefore advisable to prepare the counter remedies for heartburn, bloating, constipation and indigestion.

Buckthorn for constipation:

In case of constipation, the most widely used remedy is a decoction of buckthorn. It is prepared by boiling one tablespoon of chopped buckthorn for 15 minutes, in 250 ml of water.

Drink the tea at night before bed. You can also take buckthorn powder, one teaspoon, kept directly under the tongue for 10-15 minutes and then swallowed with some water.

Combination for indigestion:

Plants which facilitate digestion are caraway, anise, coriander and fennel. Mix 20 grams of each, take a spoonful of this mixture and boil it for 10 minutes in 200 ml of water in a covered pot. Drink one cup of tea after each meal. You will soon start to feel much better.

Chamomile against bloating:

A hearty meal has often resulted in bloating. To resolve this problem, prepare a chamomile tea, two tablespoons of fennel and four tablespoons of mallow root, licorice and mint.

Take two tablespoons of this mixture and scald them with two glasses of water. After five minutes, strain the liquid. Drink one quarter cup of tea during the day.

Potato counter heartburn:

Spicy foods, fats, fruits, sweets, alcohol and fizzy drinks promote heartburn.

In this case, drink a glass of plain water, because water dilutes gastric acid and reduces burning. Another good effect has the fresh drinking juice from a grated potato.

Basil removes nausea:

Basil can get rid of the unpleasant state of nausea. If necessary, drink an infusion of basil, prepared as follows: one teaspoon of herb to a cup of water.

You should drink one to two cups of basil tea per day. Another efficient method is the infusion of lavender, prepared from 30 grams of plant, per liter of water. You can drink two cups a day.
