However, it is not recommended to drink black coffee for more than three cups in a day. One cup of hot black tea can be used as an alternative.

Another effective treatment for the symptoms of asthma is pure eucalyptus oil. This is due to the decongestant properties that are present in such item. Eucalyptol is a chemical that is contained in this item which helps in breaking up mucus. You can be putting a few drops of eucalyptus oil on a paper towel. Such paper towel can be placed on your head while you are sleeping so that you can be taking in its aroma. In addition, you can also be putting a few drops of such oil into a pot of boiling water and inhale the steam that it produces. For faster results, you should be taking deep breaths.
