The remedy with this plant is done as a infusion: put 2-3 tablespoons of chopped rosemary to steep in a cup of water for 8-10 hours, then filter. The resulting preparation is set aside and left after filtration to scald a cup of boiling water over it, then let it cool and filter again. I suffer from anxiety..

Anxiety is a strong feeling of fear, for no apparent reason. Today is – apparently – the most common emotional disorder. Underlying causes of anxiety is the accumulation of fear, causing tensions to worry, that he later translates into the appearance of states of anxiety, the fear, the more intense the more reason they get rid of it alive. There are currently anxiolytic medication, which is given to those to which it appears in forms of serious emotional disturbance.

In its milder forms, is extremely effective as a remedy known for its power: grass (Hypericum perforatum). Modern studies show that this apparently trivial healing herb acts as a real emotion normalizing the activity, simply reducing the degree of mental excitability, but without giving any side effects such as apathy, confusion of mind, etc.. On the contrary, it is a remedy that is sober and clear you mind giving a kind of immunity to negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, fatigue. It is administered three times a day, a teaspoon of powdered herb, taken with water.

Trefoil (Lotus corniculatus) is a herbaceous plant with stems and delicate flowers, yellow, very common on lawns in the hills and mountains. As shown by scientific name, is related to the famous lotus and has two extremely valuable therapeutic qualities: it acts as a mild sedative, also mentally, and regulates the heartbeat. It is probably the most effective remedy to us to treat cardiac neurosis. It is administered as a tincture thus prepared: put in a jar with a screw fifteen tablespoons of trefoil flowering stems powder, then add two cups (400 ml) of potable alcohol of 50 degrees. Close the jar tightly and let it soak for ten days, then filtered and the resulting tincture will be put in small, dark bottles. Take a teaspoon of trefoil tincture four times daily in courses of 2-3 months.

I have a heavy sleep, but I wake up very tired..

This sleep disorder is due either to a chronic state of exhaustion or dysfunction of the nervous system, for which there is currently no formal medical treatment. But in traditional medicine, there is a cure with excellent effects: combination of equal parts of leaves of wormwood (Arthemisia absinthum) and caraway seeds (Carum carvi). Since each plant is presented in a tincture recipe, after which the two dyes are combined in equal proportions. This mixture is taken in the evening, ten minutes before bedtime, 50 drops, and can be reached gradually, if there are no expected effects, to 150 drops, administered in a single dose.

Administration is on an empty stomach, your last meal is taken at least 3 hours before bedtime.  Treatment time will be made for 21 days, then pause for 10 days. Treatment may be resumed if needed. The effects of this mixture of fennel and wormwood are amazing: sleep becomes much easier and clearer, easier to remember dreams, and most interestingly, we can schedule these dreams. To do this, before going to sleep, we relax deeply and then we will think of the intensity at a pleasant and relaxing scenery, the joy of living in anticipation of the dream, when we find in that setting. After some training, pleasant dreams that we want will begin to occur and we will get a much more restful sleep, we awoke refreshed and entertained.
