Eat less red meat and choose chicken, turkey or fish, this is especially recommended for women of menopausal age. Quackgrass (Agropiron Repens): A teaspoon of crushed root is placed in 250 ml of water and boil for 5 minutes, then strain. Discard the water. Place another water over the plant and boil again for 5 minutes. Strain and consume 3 cups per day. Drop a little baking soda in the cup before drinking.
Motherwort (Leonorus Cardiaca): Scald a teaspoon of crushed plant with 250 ml of boiling water. Cover for 15 minutes, then strain. Can be consumed 3 cups per day. It is a good general sedative.
Other Remedies Using Food:
Soybeans (Glycine Max): Can be consumed in different meals. It contains phytoestrogens.
Red wine: Red wine is a very efficient remedy, but drink only small amounts of 50 ml, three times daily.
Polyphenol from grapes: Neutralizes the effect of free radicals, the main cause of plaque in blood vessel walls. Also this will make he blood thinner, preventing clots. It also contains vegetable dyes and tannins that prevent deposition of cholesterol and vessels sclerosis. The recommended maximum amount is 300 ml per day.
